Is it possible to make an easier way of getting to our advert pages rather than having to log in to each one the rather round-about way?

Hi Mike
If you see your advert page, near the top you will seee a link 'edit listing' -- This will now take you there directly provided you are logged in.

On the editing page the delete button is dangerously close to the update button!

It's close, but there is a fail safe to prevent accidental deletion in that it asks "Are you sure"
