Price Includes electric,water & bedding, Linen and Towels are not included, but can be provided at an additional cost if requested at time of booking. A 25% deposit is required with initial booking with the balance payable 28 days prior to arrival date. A 10% discount on weekly prices is available for all bookings paid in full at time of initial booking if NOT within the 28 days of arrival.
