Description of accommodation: The Chalet is located on a well maintained and quiet site with a pool and play area for the children. There is plenty of parking in front of the Chalet. It is freshly decorated and is clean, with light colours and new laminated floors throughout. Available for full week or short breaks throughout the year. There is a Mexican Bar and a Restaurant adjacent to the park, and with the town of Carmarthen 10 minutes drive away a great choice of places to eat if you want to minimise the use of the more than adequate self catering facilities. The kitchenette contains; fridge, microwave, cooker, toaster& kettle, sink, base and wall units, crockery & cutlery and a range of cooking utensils. For those who wish to find their way using a Satalite Navigation system the Post Code is SA33 5AJ 3 bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 7 people -Main - 1 Double Bed Second - 1 Double Bed, 1 Single Bed, Single Above Third - 2 Single Bed, Adult Size Bunks. Pricing Structure: £250 to £350 per week, £50 to £60 per night Rates are for the Chalet per week not per person. Week = Saturday to Saturday, booking in after 4pm, booking out by 10am. These times can be negotiated by PRIOR arrangement. Short/weekend breaks available.
Price Includes electric,water & bedding, Linen and Towels are not included, but can be provided at an additional cost if requested at time of booking.
A 25% deposit is required with initial booking with the balance payable 28 days prior to arrival date. A 10% discount on weekly prices is available for all bookings paid in full at time of initial booking if NOT within the 28 days of arrival. Get 10% discount on your 2nd week (when 2 adjoining weeks are booked). Discount applies to lower priced week only
