It is perfectly situated for travelling around both Cornwall and Devon with the historic town of Tavistock only 10 minutes away, and the beautiful national trust property of Cotehele just 5 minutes away.
The surrounding villages offer all the amenities you could need with many historical places of interest and footpaths to keep you entertained. The Cornish coastline is only a 45 minute drive away to either the hotspots on the north coast or the peaceful and relaxing south coast.
