Bridge House Cottage dates back tothe early 1800’s, but has recently undergone beautiful restoration, with the modern needs of 2008 carefully integrated. Located within one of the most beautiful areas of Britain, you would be pushed to find a more perfect place to start your exploration of this wonderful countryside. Bridge House Cottage is centrally located for Builth Wells, Brecon and Hay-on-Wye, all within a short drive. There are many local sporting activities in the area, eg: fishing, walking, canoeing, gliding Description of accommodation: Bridge House Cottage has a living room, kitchen/diner, two double bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a small garden for barbecues etc. You will have parking for 2 cars should you need it and we have adequate storage for canoes and bikes in the barns. Pets are welcome and your first pet is free of chare, but a small charge per dog/cat thereon after. You will find luxury central heating within the cottage, but for those traditionalists preferring a wood burner and a basket of logs, these are also provided (1st basket free). Towels and bedding all provided (high chair, cot and further logs are available; please contact us should you require them. Nearby Attractions: If you are feeling active there is Llangorse Multi Activity Centre, from climbing to horse riding and only about a 20 minute drive.In the village of Erwood is a small village shop which sells papers, magazines, milk, cakes, veg and necessities. Also within walking distance are two country pubs, one selling excellent food.
