Property overview: Chy Gomorla is a 19th century granite cottage in the former mining village of Praze-an-Beeble near Camborne, West Cornwall. Built between 1810 and 1840 the original cottage with its 2 feet thick walls has later been extended to the rear. We freely admit that the house fronts to the rather busy main street in the village but it benefits from access and private parking space to the rear of the garden. Description of accommodation: Chy Gomorla sleeps 6, in 3 double bedrooms (We are planning to change one bedroom to bunk beds and will provide a cot if demand for this turns up). There is one en-suite with shower and separate bathroom with a shower over. All situated on 1st floor. The ground floor comprises a spacious L-shaped living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen area with 6 ring cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.In the back extension there is another kitchen area with freezer and washing machine and finally a small toilet. The enclosed garden is to the rear of the cottage and extends 300 feet to a double garage and private parking for 2 cars.All bed linen and towels are included, but bring your own ones for the beach.Kids are more than welcome but at present we do not have a cot or safety gate for the stairs. Please let us know – and if there is a demand we will get these.Pets are welcome, within reason. A couple or 3 cats/dogs are OK. But your pet Cobra will have to stay at home.Please note, for cat owners the neighbours have 2 cats, which have established territorial rights over the garden area. Nearby Attractions: Praze-an-Beeble village is sheltering in the rolling farmland hills between Camborne and Helston. All the attractions of West Cornwall are within easy reach: Flambard’s family park is 8 miles, St Ives 10 miles, Penzance 12 miles, and Land’s End 20 miles. A bit further away is The Eden Project at 35 miles.
