Description of accommodation: The first House Mingulay has three bedrooms , one double , one twin and one single room. Jura has two bedroom, one double, one twin and a metal action sofa bed.Both houses have a large living/dining area. Large picture windows overlook Loch Sunart. The cabins receive digital television and each cabin has a DVD player and a selection of family movies. The cabins are now covered by a wifi signal giving guests free access to the internet. The Kitchen is equipped with Oven, Microwave, Fridge freezer, Toaster and fully automatic washing machine. You will also receive a starter pack of milk, butter, bacon, eggs and bread, tea and coffee.The bathroom, has a shower over bath, and heated towel rail. Nearby Attractions: The area is excellent for walking and cycling in particular the Ariundle nature reserve, one of the last remaining areas of ancient Caledonian forest.Strontian is a short drive for the Ardnamurchan pennisula , rolling moorland, fantastic seascapes. rolling beaches finished with Ardnamurchan lighthouse standing at the most westerly point of the U.K mainland.Strontian is only half an hours drive from Fort William with Oban a little further, both Mull (home of the famous Balamory) and Skye are accessible for a day out.For the more adventurous there are outdoor activities only 20mins away with abseiling, rafting etc. Also a indoor climbing and ice wall are in easy reach in Kinlochleven.
