Property overview: This must be one of the premier properties in Cornwall. It sleeps 10 in 5 spacious double bedrooms (most can also be made into twins). 3 are ensuite and 2 share a bath and shower room.

Description of accommodation: There are 2 separate loos. One of the doubles (ensuite ) is on the ground floor and the property is suitable for disabled. There is a utility /laundry room.

The kitchen is really spacious amd has a breakfast bar that seats 10. There is a large sun room and a beautiful sitting room which boasts a baby grand piano.

There is an attached dining area which again comfortable seats 10. All these rooms have extensive uninterrupted sea views. The master bedroom and number 1 bedroom are both ensiute and have a balcony.

The whole house is light and airy making the most of the outstanding sea views.

There is a heated indoor swimming pool and also a jacuzzi and bar area. Outside is a large terrace with a bar-b-cue. There is plenty of parking. Pets are also welcome.

Nearby Attractions: Portwrinkle offers picturesque scenery of one of the most unspoilt and beautiful beaches on the Cornish south coast. Portwrinkle is full of characterful buildings and amazing sea views. There is a local pub and shops close by.

Whitsand Bay is a large stretch of coastline with white sandy beaches and safe swimming water. There is a coastpath that runs from the Rame peninsula in the east to Polperro in the west. It is perfect for walkers or those who just want to take in the beautiful scenery.

Surfing, sailing, canoeing and other water-sports are available in certain areas, or for those who just want to relax there are plenty of quiet spots to enjoy the sun in peace.
