Property overview: Relax in one of our three recently converted beautiful cottages in this designated area of outstanding natural beauty. We are 4 miles form Liskeard, 10 miles north of Looe and 10 miles east of Bodmin. All cottages have retained original character with beams and exposed granite stonework. The cottages are comfortable, well equipped and with oil fired central heating. Each cottage has its own south facing garden with garden furniture, all set within 2 acres of grounds. Ample car parking. Ideally situated for touring the South West, walking, visiting gardens and coastlines. There is no extra charge for heating or electricity. Description of accommodation: There are three holiday letting cottages with open plan living areas, two 2-bedroomed have a shower and the one 1-bedroomed has a bath with shower over. Each has it’s own garden. All of the properties retain a number of character features including vaulted ceilings, areas of exposed stonework and open truss beamwork. Externally the property has a large parking and turning area. The owners’ house and holiday cottages lie nestled in a southerly facing hillside within 2 acres of grounds. Water supply is by spring water extracted from 140’ depth, and is certified as pure.The main house and the & Rosemary cottage were converted in 2000. The two 2-bedroomed cottages, Thyme & Lavender were converted in 2005. There is no extra charge for heating or electricity. We will provide bed linen and 1 bath and hand towel per bedroom.All are rated 4-Star by Visit Britain.
