Property overview: We have two family run cottages in Seahouses - Beach Haven (sleeping 4) and Sea Haven (sleeping 6). Both cottages are 18th century stone built fishermans cottages. Well behaved dog welcome. WIFI available .
Description of accommodation: Beach Haven has a master bedroom with double bed and twin room with single beds. Large open plan lounge and kitchen with Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher and Washing Machine. This is no basic cottage it has everything you need to cook a 3 course meal. Sea Haven is our new cottage for 2012 and is a neighbour to Beach Haven with a similar layout but additional bedroom.
Nearby Attractions: From front of cottage, it is 150 yards to the local harbour, shops, and local public houses. At the harbour you can get a boat trip to the Farne Islands, or go fishing or diving.The Northumberland coast has fantastic views and excellent walking opportunities. For Golfers - we have a fantastic 18 hole golf course within 250 yards of cottage. For days out, we provide buckets, spades and fishing nets to enable you to enjoy the local beaches and rock pools. For a night in by the open fire we provide DVD films, music CDs, books, toys and board games. You can even cook your own toast or marshmallows with our toasting forks while enjoying your complimentary bottle of wine.
