Property overview: Set in the heart of rural Scotland, near the Highland capital of Inverness, this family run self catering holiday home is ideal for a relaxing time away from the city life. Situated in a small unspoilt coppice on the shores of Loch Ruthven, a local RSPB nature reserve, the cabin boasts splendid views of highland mountains and secluded lochs. Description of accommodation: The cabin itself has 3 bedrooms with a double bed, two singles and a set of bunks, sleeping 6 people in total. There is a bathroom/toilet with full hot water facilities, from a modern immersion heater system. There is a large lounge dining room, with adjoining kitchen. There are panel heaters in each bedroom. The electricity is paid for by the client by means of a standard £1 meter. There are many brochures in the cabin to help you decide how to spend your time, but you may want to just sit at the picnic table on the veranda watching the wildlife go by, or stroll to the bird hide on the shores of the loch to catch a close glimpse of Slovonian Grebes. Pricing Structure: The cabin is available for breaks of 3 nights or more an is priced at £40 per night.Between November and March a surcharge of £50 is added to total price.eg - 7 nights in the summer would be 7 x 40 = £280       7 nights in winter would be (7 x 40) + 50 = £320The renter will be responsible for the electricity payable on-site by a £1 coin meter.
