There is ample, off-road parking for several cars at the rear, where there is also secure storage for bicycles and prams. There is a garden to the front of the property and, to the side, an enclosed run for dogs. Castle House comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge, dining kitchen, and utility room. There is also a large landing area on the top floor with sofa, blackboard wall and double victorian school desk, which is ideal for children. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and comes complete with fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is large TV and DVD player in the lounge. Also within the property, you will find a selection of DVDs, books and games for your enjoyment. There is central heating throughout, which is included in the rental cost. Bed linen and towels are provided and a cot and high chair are available upon request (cot bed linen not provided).
