Rental of the Main House includes exclusive use of swimming pool and summer house. Attached is additional cottage sleeping 4 people and 2 further cute studios cottages with double beds each, making the full accommodation capacity of 19. Despite being open for just 12 months we've already been awarded a 4 star gold award by Visit Britain and plan to reach 5 star by 2011. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the location stunning. This provides 9 bedrooms with accommodation for up to 19 people. We provide swimming pool, summer house, private gardens, pond, BBQ area, stables, outbuildings and lower fields. Located in tiny and historic cornish hamlet of Colan being reached via windy, hedgerow lanes off the main road to Newquay. Total tranquility and peace within shouting distance of Europe's premier surfing resort. You can rent the entire complex or just a cute studio cottage. We also host large events like weddings where groups hire the whole site for their reception or party.
Nearby Attractions: Newquay is 3 miles away with a range of europe's finest surfing beaches scattered along the local coastline. Newquay airport only 10 minutes away and services most of the major UK regions and some in Europe.
