Description of accommodation: There is a south-facing front garden with 2 benches where one can sit and watch the world go by. Through the front door is the sitting room with 2 sofas, easy chair, flat screen TV/DVD, books, DVDs and coffee table. The Kitchen/Diner has a hand made kitchen with granite worktops and table and chairs to seat 4 adults. At either end of the kitchen is a staircase which leads up to a bedroom and bathroom. One room has a king size bed frame with VI-Spring mattress, the other has twin VI-Spring divans. Both bathrooms have power showers. There is a washing machine and tumble drier is to be found in one bathroom. If required there is a 3rd single bedroom on the ground floor which is available at an extra charge.To the rear of the cottage is a private,granite-paved glazed courtyard with access over the rear of the next door cottage which is useful for bringing in bicycles for storage.
