This is a lovingly restored converted stable block cottage full of charm and character. It is situated in the beautiful village of Armathwaite next to the River Eden. The owners have had solar panels fitted to the roof to help guests enjoy a clean, green holiday.
Description of accommodation: The cottage itself is well equipped and has everything you need to make sure your stay is relaxing and fulfilling. It has many original features such as exposed sandstone, beams and log burner. The cottage has three double bedrooms, a bathroom with over bath shower and toilet plus a separate additional toilet upstairs. Downstairs is a large kitchen diner and a comfortable and cosy living room with log burner. There is a further shower room and toilet downstairs and a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridege freezer. The house has touch button heating and hot water controls making it user-friendly. The cottage has also been fitted with solar panels to the roof. The panels produce electricity and will reduce the carbon footprint of the cottage and hopefully this will be an added attraction for our guests. Nearby Attractions:
