Description of accommodation: Hobart House is a large and beautifully proportioned period property. It retains many of its original features with spacious rooms, high ceilings, stripped floors and cornicing. The property has many large bay windows, some with sea views and as a result the property is light and bright. The property has recently been restored and is decorated in a stylish and understated way. It has recently been used in photographic shoots by two local Cornish companies. The Rooms Rental is of the entire house and the rooms are spread across three floors. Two bedrooms on the ground floor both with ensuite shower rooms Large Drawing Room on the first floor with seating for 10, Satellite TV.WiFi, CD and DVD player. Small balcony with views to the sea.Large Kitchen /Diner with seating for 10. Double Belfast sink, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine5 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests. Two bedrooms have a king size bed , One bedroom has a super king bed, one bedroom has 2 twin beds.The fifth bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be Zipped and Linked to provide a king sized or two single beds.2 ensuit bedrooms on the ground floor and a family bathroom on the top floor Town Courtyard Garden Parking for 2 cars with additional on road parking in the vicinity The property has stripped wooden floors so is not really suitable for dogs. Nearby Attractions: Newquay is world famous for its surfing and family beaches and its nightlife. There are many wonderful beaches within walking distance of the house and we are only a short drive to Padstow and the seven bays. There are numerous first class restaurants in the area and we will be happy to help you decide whch ones to sample. The house is only 6 miles from Newquay International Airport and just a 5 minute walk from the Railway Staion. We can arrange transport from the airport and help you plan activities and days out during your stay.
