Description of accommodation: Ideal for families, church retreats and crafting weekends/holidays, Hope Cottage has the capacity to sleep up to 8 people in 5 bedrooms. (A further attic bedroom which sleeps 3 may be made available by prior arrangement). it has been furnished and equipped to luxury standards. The ground floor is fully accessible for wheelchair users and the accomodation includes a seperate, large ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A manual hoist and bath hoist is also available on request. The ground floor is mainly open-plan and incorporates a snug/television area, a lounge with a woodburning stove and a dining area which is situated beneath a vaulted ceiling. Also on the ground floor is a newly installed farmhouse-style kitchen. Please note that we operate a strict *no smoking* policy and are unable to accommodate pets.
Nearby Attractions: It is a 5 minute walk to all local amenities including a large park and public swimming pool, and has good transport links to the historic towns of Ely, Cambridge and Peterborough. Hunstanton and Heacham beaches, and the *flower town* of Spalding are all within a reasonable drive, as is Welney Bird Reserve is a haven for bird-lovers, where swan feeds take place in the winter months. The large market town of Wisbech holds an annual rose fair.
