A spacious lounge dining room with an inglenook fire place with a wood burner that leads into a fully fitted kitchen and utility room (dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer). The kitchen stable door opens into the private courtyard garden through which there is rear access to the cottage. On the first floor is the bathroom with separate shower and roll top bath, a master bedroom and a nursery room with cot, feeding rocking chair and changing unit. On the second floor are twin and single bedrooms. Ample free public parking spaces are only a few yards away from the front of the cottage. Nearby Attractions: The cottage is situated right in the heart of the lovely village of Sherston. The village Post Office/ grocery shop (stocks delicious local produce) is only a short walk down the high street. A large childrens' playground (including obstacle course) and recreation field is within 100 yards and in view from upstairs of the cottage. Also within easy walking disance are an excellent Farm shop (butchers, vegetables and bread) and two excellent pubs should you wish to dine out. Sherston's location means it is ideally situated for exploring Cotswold villages and special events: Badminton (famous for its annual horse trial event), Lacock (beautiful National Trust village, where Harry Potter was filmed), Castle Coombe (another beautiful village and racing car circuit), Westonbirt Arboretum, Tetbury (traditional Cotswold market town and England's premier destination for antique hunters). It's not surprising that celebrities and Royalty have chosen to live in this wonderful part of the world with Gatcombe Park (famous for its annual August horse trials) the home of Princess Anne.
