This cosy property has been converted from our old piggery to provide a lovely base in the heart of rural cornwall.
An open plan kitchen, dining area and living room is complemented by views across the countryside and (when required) a roaring wood burner. There is a conservatory with wide rural views alongside which is a double bedroom with french windows. Above the living area is a great bed deck with 2 single beds and a fab (but very steep) handmade staircase. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.
You can park alongside the property and enter via a private entrance with views across Cornwall towards the coast.
With a double bed and 2x single beds it's probably best for a couple or family with children however, we can add a double bed to the main living area if it's a bigger group.
The property is located close to Ladock in central/north cornwall and within 5 minutes of the main A30 arterial road which means we're perfect for you to visit anywhere in Cornwall.
Nearby Attractions: Whilst we're in a very rural spot, we're also only 5 minutes from the main A30 road that goes through the heart of Cornwall. This means you're close to every attraction but particularly close (10 minutes) from the North Cornish beaches - nearest to us are Hollywell and Crantock Bay. Pricing Structure:
