Peacefully set on the edge of the historic and quaint town of Lampeter, this detached dwelling offers a cosy and welcoming holiday base from which to enjoy the perfect getaway. You'll have full use of the whole with plenty of spacefor everyone to enjoy leisurely meals, indulge in a glass of wine next to the warm fire, while taking in the beautiful views. Experience the relaxed lifestyle of West Wales and you will soon leave behind the hectic stressed of everyday urban life. The cottage is pet friendly with a large enclosed garden. On the ground floor is a large spacious living room with a wood burning stove in a feature fireplace, with initial supply of logs after available at cost . There's a TV with a sky package as well as a DVD and CD Player, there's also a double sofa bed which brings up the total accommodation to 12 people. The farmhouse style kitchen is will equipped with modern facilities and contains all the necessary faclities. The dinning room has a large dining table. The bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and bath with a heated towel rail and separate shower room opposite again with a heated towel rail. Upstairs are five double beamed bedrooms with a separate toilet and wash basin. All linen and towels are provided for and a cot and high chair are available. Outside is a large enclosed garden with a seating area and a barbecue in the out house, surrounding beautiful views and fields with horses grazing. There's ample parking to fit a number of vehicles.
Nearby Attractions: Enjoy the scenery of the Cardigan Coast only a few miles away and beautiful beaches in the area, where dolphins and porpoises are often spotted. The Georgian town of Aberaeron, New Quay, Aberporth and Llangrannog are within easy driving. Lampeter has shops, restaurants and pubs. Fishing, sailing and riding locally. Shops 2 miles. There are plenty of attractions for children to enjoy such as Oakwood the theme park and Folly farm.
Pricing Structure: Weekly rates: High Season: £1200, Mid-Season:£800, Low season:£600. Weekends and short breaks are also available upon enquiry. Pets are welcome £20 per pet Electrcity and heating-£40 per week First basket of logs are complimentary after logs are available from owner.
