The four star (Visit England) cottage benefits from a sympathetic conversion retaining the old stone walls and oak beams whilst incorporating a modern and comfortable layout. The fitted kitchen/diner has electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. The 22 foot living room is simply furnished with sofas and comfortable chairs. Also downstairs is the second bedroom a twin - suitable for children or a second couple or for those with mobility impairment. Pomona Cottage has a level 1 Mobility Impairment rating. The ground floor wetroom offers a ultra modern shower with a fully tiled surround. TRhe whole of the downstairs is heated by luxurious underfloor heating - just take your shoes and sock off and see how good it feels! Nearby Attractions: Ewyas Harold has two pubs, a good village shop with post office, a butcher's and a fish and chip shop. In the local area sites to see include the famous book town of Hay on Wye, Hereford with its Cathedral and Mappa Mundi, the market towns of Ross, Monmouth and Abergavenny, the beautiful churches of Kilpeck, Patrishow and Cwmyoy, and of course the Black Mountains and Offa's Dyke long-distance footpath On the farm itself is a herd of ten llamas and these may be taken out for a llama trek. Get to know one of the herd and enjoy his company as he escorts you on a llama trek through the south Herefordshire countryside.
