It provides a perfect base for exploring Cornwall, particularly the stunning North Cornish coast, home to Doc Martin and Watergate Bay! Trebarwith Strand and Tregardock beaches are the nearest, and Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Issac, Daymer Bay and Rock are all less than half an hour's drive away.
Description of accommodation: The cottage provides accommodation for up to five people. The upstairs double bedroom is reached via a short flight of stairs from the living room and has low beamed ceilings (it is part of the original 18th century building). A small single room on the ground floor leads to a twin rooms. A modern kitchen and bathroom are also located on the ground floor. The kitchen is extremely well equipped (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) and has a dining area. French doors lead to a pretty, paved patio garden with mature borders.
Nearby Attractions: The village has two shops, one of which is extremely well stocked, a hairdressers, beauticians, holistic therapist, garage, fish and chip shop and two pubs so there is no need to venture afield. However, a choice of restuarants and pubs are within a few miles. The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhyrdock House and Tintagel Post Office are all worth a visit but most people spend there time near the sea and walking along the spectacular coastal path.
