The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms; one with double bed and washbasin, one with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed.The property has 2 shower rooms both with modern power showers, WC and one with bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A family-sized dining table allows for comfortable self-catering. The living room has a modern period-style, wood-burning fire and a basic Sky television package.There is also a washing-machine and dryer.Picnic benches in front allow al fresco dining. A barbecue area is available at the back of the house.Boats may be launched and beached on the shared private beach but the initial launch should be from the adjoining picnic area (entrance 150 yards north of our entrance) or larger boats at Coniston, as the path to the lake is rather steep. Nearby Attractions: Situated with direct access to the lakeside, the property is also within 1.5 miles of the nearest pub (a brisk walk!), 3 miles from Torver and 6 miles from Coniston.
