Description of accommodation: The Sands is furnished to a high standard with decor and soft furnishings which reflect its coastal location. There are also some beautiful and original marine-themed artworks. There is off street parking for 1 car and parking outside the property for another. The property is situated on a quiet 'no through road'. There is a garden at the front and another enclosed garden at the back with a covered eating area and spectacular and ever-changing views across open countryside to the Cheviot Hills. Internally the design is open plan. The kitchen comes with full cooking facilities and a fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine. There is Sky tv and a dvd player with a small selection of dvds. There is also a DAB radio. The property is heated with electric panel heaters. Nearby Attractions: Easy access to the local beach (5 min walk away), the village shop (5 mins), 2 village pubs and the Village Pantry cafe. Just 2 miles from the fishing town of Seahouses which offers a wider range of shops, pubs and restaurants. The market town of Alnwick (with its spectacular castle) is just 12 miles away. From Beadnell you are within touching distance of the wild and remote Northumbrian countryside enriched with local heritage - ancient castles and battle sites abound. The Northumbrian coastline is amongst the most unspoilt in Europe.
